SAU 18 includes the Franklin School District and the Hill School District.  The Franklin School District consists of Paul Smith Elementary School serving grades K-2, Bessie Rowell Elementary School serving grades 3-4, Franklin Middle School, serving grades 5-8, and Franklin High School serving grades 9-12.  The Hill School District consists of the Jennie D. Blake Elementary School serving students in grades K-6 in the Town of Hill.  Hill students in grades 7-12 attend the Franklin Middle School and Franklin High School under a long term AREA agreement.
